Relax buddy, believe me I didnt rush anything. I seen this story earlier this morning and was going to post it then but didnt get around to it and when I didnt see it tonite I thought that was odd as stuff like this shows up all the time.
I was trying to SHARE this cool story with others as I thought it was interesting. I didnt see it again when I looked and I was actually surprised no one had posted anything on it. I must have overlooked it, mistakes happen.
had this happen to me over 20 yrs ago. i was a head basketball coach and AD at a catholic high school.
had a girl and her parents approach me about their daughter playing on the boys team[no girls team at the school]. i had said no but they took it to the principle and headmaster.
we decided to give her a tryout and see if she was able to compete and physically handle the game, then i would consider it.
well she made the team but never really got to play. we took a lot of shit on the road to the point that it helped the boys accept her.
it was very tough times, needing two dressing rooms, having that time of the month and handling mood swings. she was a very pretty girl who ended up dating the captan of the team.

I watched that video and those boys players look like rec players even for 12 year olds. No talent equals parents getting mad and that looks like what is happening here. As far is her saying i want to make it to the NBA ? She wouldn't even be able to handle top notch high school ball in a couple of years so someone should just tell her to stop making dumb comments.
