That guy from CSI, Gary Dourdan, got arrested and charged with three counts of FELONY drug possession. The guy didn't just have some pot, he had heroin, cocaine, and ecstasy.

Anyway, he pleads guilty. Instead of getting years like most people would get, he gets a 30 day "diversion program" and avoids jail altogether.

Don't get me wrong, I could care less what drugs the guy does in the comfort of his own home but this is ridiculous. Props to him for beating the system I suppose but our courts are more messed up than refs in the NBA playoffs.

I would have gotten at least a year even with a nice lawyer, but the celebrity gets this BS diversion program to avoid any jail time after 3 felonies.

I just don't get it.

This probably wasnt his first time either. Start recording a girls gone wild boise style and see if you can become a celeb.

Guys, call down a second. It depends on a few things that weren't included in the news article.

1) Does he have any priors?
2) What was the amount found on him?
3) The state laws mean everything. What does the law in that state say?
