Your going to give me Matthew Goggin +175 with a 3 stroke lead, I'm going to take it.

He is being chased by Kenny Perry, Justin Rose, Mike Weir, Matt Kuchar, and a few other "want to be" players on the PGA Tour. These guys are probably better then Goggin on a course where you can go low, but Jack has his course set up like a major.

You might not have heard of Goggin but this guy can play and its has been only a matter of time for his first PGA tour win. I don't think he will let this one slip away with a 3 shot lead.

I've won the last three weeks in a row with golf. 2 not posted and two weeks ago with Imada at +1200.

Should be fun to watch Goggin under pressure, but he will be solid on Sunday.

Beer money.

It will be very hard for Goggin to fade the "heat" today. He hasn't won a tournament in 10 years and he has never seen the Sunday pins(1st time at the Memorial) at Muirfield. He drives the ball extremely well, so hopefully that can keep him in the hunt. Nerves on this kind of golf course are a bitch. Good Luck

Thanks VD. Good luck.

Looking at the guys chasing him, I just don't see anyone shooting 67 to catch him. Get to 10 under and you are the winner.

Kenny Perry probably deserves to win and he is the hottest golfer on tour lately but I think 3 behind is just too much for Perry or any of the others who haven't done much on tour.

Should be fun, nothing better than watching someone try and hang on to get their first win.

I heard them mention on the broadcast yesterday that Goggin has a flight scheduled in the early evening to take him to a U.S. Open qualifier, and if he wins the need to make that flight would be moot.

Goggin made it into the U.S. Open through the qualifier. Wish he would have gotten in with a win.

Charlie Belgan was a young junior golfer when I lived in the Phoenix area. Played some golf with him when he was 12 or 13 and now he is playing the Gateway Tour. He got into the U.S. Open too.

Remember that name, this kid is going to be good.

Goggin wouldn't have gotten in with a win. Perry won and he didn't get in. The cut off was the week before.
