who knows, they are totally out to lunch with their rules in regards to phones. I wasn't into Texting the last time i was in a book there, but i imagine that would be very easy to do
They seem to be loosening their rules regarding cell phones in the sports book. I'll bet that before the football season starts, the no cell phone rules will be reversed.

I've done it at the Hliton on several occasions, (while having someone on the line), and no one said boo to me. Put a phone to your ear and they take you out back and break your thumbs.
