And not just because every team needs a representative. Playing half his games in Petco with absolutely no protection in the lineup and to put up the numbers he has is DAMN impressive.

I'm glad someone realizes what a big year he is having..hitting a shade under .300, and top 3 in NL in HR and RBIs..in Petco Park! Sadly he is the ONLY offensive player my padres have =(

He means more to the Padres than anybody else means to their team. If they didn't have him they don't have 10 wins this year.

5th behind howard and fielder?? Stop it neither one of those two fatties deserves to even be mentioned in the same breath as Adrian right now.

What is howard batting now .210? Let's not forget howard has utley and burrell in his lineup.
