I make a withdrawal in the middle of April. Since E-Passporte was disbanned the day before, I have to request a check by mail....fine.
I wait for 10 days, nothing.
I wait for 20 days, nothing.
I start to write and question where's my money?
I get very polite emails encouraging me to just wait a little longer it's been mailed on May 7th. Then they ask me to wait till May 27th?!
I start asking for a comp bonus for the wait, no replies.
I frequently(daily) ask about the check, no replies.
I ask can I have a phone # to speak with someone.
Then comes June and I've been waiting a month and a half.......
Their response in a nutshell; no you cant have a comp bonus, sorry for the wait, no you must use email to communicate, and by the way, would you like us to STOP PAYMENT on the check????!!!!!!!!
Why didn't we think of this a month ago!
Seriously folks, if you're thinking about playing there, My advice is stay away and find another site. I'm a first time player and dont have a good impression.
