anyone see the video of the 78 year old man who was the victim of a hit-n-run in hartford ct? it took over one minute before anyone actually checked on the victim, guy crossed the street and others talked on a cell phone while he lay paralyzed and fighting for his life on the pavement. disturbing video indeed.
