Alright Sharp Horseplayers - - Value on Big Brown?

I am clueless when it comes to horses, other than to pick a horse to win. Dont really know how to do the boxes, but I might put something on BB to win, even with the high juice...a winner is a winner.

Is -350 pretty good for a horse that seems so dominate?

Stat away and Watch.

Eneb the tri's or exotics will pay almost nothing if big brown romps. There is always another day. There are races every day that have more value. Watch and enjoy history if his quarter crack does not affect him. I think he will breeze , pulling away. probably only pay 2.20 at the most and anything can happen in a horse race. The best horse gets beat a high percentage of the time.

Yea, thats what I thought. Seems like he SHOULD win, easily. But for -350 thats a steep price to pay on these animals.

Sounds good. Ive been trying to avoid Bucco games like the plague this year......just my personal protest for 15 losing seasons! LOL.....the Pens going to the cup has helped make that easier to avoid, but Im sure I'll hit up a few games this summer.

3.50 to win

I think they are talking about laying 3.50 to 1 that he will win. The place and show price can't be figured yet until all bets are made. I think if the colt pays more than 2.80 on a win ticket that's not that bad, but i won't play him. I have seen too many weird things happen to the best colt in the race. I look for a 2.40, 2.20 and 2.10. I can spend my money on a good case of Lemoncello and get something back.

If BB hits the board there will most certainly be a negative show pool, BB will pay 2.20, 2.40 to win 2.10 place 2.10 show
