Just had a problem with their CS attitude. I called to deposit some cash using MoneyGram. I saved their information from the last time I deposited that included a statement saying that if their information changed they would email me. No emails so I figured the info was still the same.

I gave the CS lady the info. She asked me if I contacted them before sending the money. I said no because I didn't receive an email that they said they would send me if their info changed. She was all snotty and said they couldn't send every one of their customers an email.

So I asked her how I can get the money into my account. She said it would be there tomorrow morning after they verify that I sent the cash. She didn't ask me about the fee so I asked her why she didn't ask about the fee. She then again got snotty and asked how much the fee was and told me I would be credited for the fee also.

If you're going to deposit at TheGreek make sure to contact them ahead of time to avoid dealing with CS reps with attitudes.
