Toronto is actually a very good team, and has a good chance of making the playoffs (maybe I'm biased being from Canada), but right now their hitting is terrible. They have the best pitching staff in the league and should have almost 40 wins right now if they could only hit. I'm not asking for 8 runs a game here. Just try scoring runners when you have bases loaded and nobody out against a pitcher that was having troubles throwing strikes.
