I feel it would be foolish to take either side of this game. Both teams are in terrible spots, and to try and find logic in either one wouldnt make much sense. Youve got to understand that the Diamondbacks are on a long road trip, and have not been able to score with the addition of Burke to the lead-off spot. Without Byrnes the line-up has been shaken to the point that the Diamondbacks cannot get runners on. They Diamondbacks also used both Cruz and Pena out of the pen tonight. The Mets are almost in as bad of a spot. This team just flew cross country and is setting themselves up to have a majot let down after the long trip. Is this line a bit high? Maybe. The point is though that you cannot really pick either side when both teams are in dificult spots to perform. Ya dig?
