I think Mr. Carter is one of Wayne's best overall songs. I hate Jay-Z but I just think that is a sick song from start to finish. Thought I'm Me was a great song when it was released as well. I think it is a very good album but I think he could have trimmed the tracks down to 16 and eliminated some of the very average - to bad - songs and it would have been a better album. That's just my opinion but I guess with the long wait he threw them all on there.

Like the mix tapes and his album. Album gives a more mainstream feel to it and sometimes I like catchy bullshit to be honest. Sometimes I like to listen to things like his mixtapes though as well. I personally love 7-8 songs off this album. Only think there are about 4 weak songs on the two disc album. Not a bad album.
Every time I listen to it I join your group more and more. I think it might be my all time favorite but it's a tough call. It's crazy because I don't like Jay-Z that much but he absolutely kills that song.
I love "This is the Carter" and a couple others as well like I like that song, but I'd say only hearing it two times I think it might be my favorite that song is smooth.

One of the best lyrical songs, if not the best, Wayne has ever done. One of the best lyrical songs of all time IMO
Wayne cd is good. He just does to much. To many mixtapes, to many guest spots. He has put so much good stuff out. Going back to his hot boys days. I can put at least 5 cds with 15 songs each where every song is good. So im saying in his career I think he has made at least 60 quailty songs.
