Anyone watching National Geo channel conspiracy shows?

Or perhaps, more correctly, anti-conspiracy shows:

"What Really Happened at Roswell?"

"Secrets of the Freemasons"

"Conspiracy Moon Landing"

I watched the Roswell show and they explain it as simply balloons that the Army put up to detect nuclear explosions all over the world. They go through some rather contrived explanations that would make conspiracy theorists proud.

I'm watching the Freemasons show now. It's going over their history now. Later I hope to catch the Moon Landing show.

Yeah, it was weird. For example, they said that Ben Franklin never suggested that the pyramid with the all-seeing eye be put on the dollar. It's actually a part of the Great Seal of the US. Then they mention that FDR suggested that it be put on. FDR is a Mason!

Why mention one Mason (Franklin) never suggested it while later mentioning another Mason who did suggest it???

doc, the program mentioned that a handful of the signers of the Declaration of Independence were Masons. They also mentioned that several Presidents were Masons. But they played that down by saying that it was only something like 9 of each.

I was watching National Geographic High Definition. They repeated the programs later in the night so perhaps they will show them again or perhaps they will show them on the regular NG channel.

I noticed they have a show on that web site called "The Real Roswell" althought I'm quite certain that the one I saw was "What Really Happened at Roswell" so I don't know if they are the same program.

There's a show called "Secret History of the Freemasons" on Discovery Channel. I don't know if it's the same program that showed on National Geographic.

It's on Discovery High Def at 4pm Eastern and it's on the regular Discovery channel at 7pm Eastern. Your times may vary.

I'd wager Doc's got Deliverance edited down to just that one scene. We've all seen his many references to man having sex with each other so it shouldn't surpise any of us that he has a crush on Ned Beatty's ass.
