First, I hate country music by I decided to give the show a look-see the other night.

Found out a dude I know and have been listening to for years is on it. His name is Coffey Anderson, aka the Black Elvis, although they don't tell his last name for some reason (seems like this is a puzzling trend going back to Idol). Some of you hardcore Idol fans may remember him from Idol season 2.

He's got a shot but there are a few others. The actual show is geared more towards talent and not the BS of Idol. It ain't great, but I wouldn't mind throwing a few bones on it.

At least the "legendary" Kady Malloy has been erased from all of our memories now.

PornoPaul is still recovering from his drunken micro-limit poker binge the other night. After that, he needs to take some tennis lessons.

Uh, yeah. Even with 3 bottles of wine in me I can't get past the lack of personality, deer in headlights when singing, fixed so I can't win bitch-face conspiracy factor.

Smith-man, you know you'd be all over this hillbilly show if they were hanging lines on it. It's ok, I would be too.

They got this fat mom who can sing like a motherfucker on there who is gonna be there for a while. Props to her.

I dont feel good about laying into dsethi. he has given me some crap in the past though and I wasnt laying into him because he is cold, being cold sucks I been there, I lay into touts sometimes.

I understand your feeling about touts, I'm not a big fan either.

But I do know he's a sharp as shit guy, funny as hell, and a pleasure to hang out with. He rolled out the red carpet when I was in his area a few weeks ago.

The Doberman doesn't give the thumbs up to just anybody, but I definitely have him in my top echelon. I'm sure that means something to you and hope all of us can have a few drinks and conversation in August.
