I think the Royals are a good play at -1.5. I look at this Hurley cat and he doesnt impress me that much at all. The guy struggled terriably to star tthe season but has been better as of late with a mechanical adjustment. He has posted 3 quality starts in his last 4, but this is something brand new to him. I normally like to back someone on their first MLB start, but someone who is working on new mechanics isnt the type of guy I want my money on. Now he has a new pitching coach and a whole ton of addrenaline. I like the Royals to steal the final game of this series with the Rangers looking ahead to a match-up with the Mets starting tommorow. The Rangers won this series, and I expect them to have to go to their bullpen pretty early. They dont want to burn out the pen with a big series next, so I think we will see some of their inferior releivers. Bannister pitched very well in his last home outing, and I expect him to continue his momentum at home where he is 5-1 during the day with an ERA below 3. Most of his struggles have come at night, so I will take a chance on him here today.
