I personally don't like to bet favorites early. If the line moves more than 20 against you it is probably better to bet the dog. Favorites that climb and climb in price just shows alot of public backing and that willth get you broke. Good cappers are waiting to watch the linemoves to help in their handicapping process. Plus waiting until tomorrow will let you handicap the game better. Playing a fav at -140 or -150 doesn't really matter unless you lose which means you could have gathered more information and maybe stayed away from the pick.
