Burres is no where near ready to be a fav over anyone, much less a talented lineup like the one in Hou. Hes a slightly below average AAAA pitcher.

Thanks for pointing that out, tought to bet on HOU with Chacon but worth a unit to see if the Stro's can get to Burres and stop the slide.

Neither pitcher will overwhelm you with their stuff, but the line should be balt +112 or so. Too big a value to just sit and watch, imo.

bol to you

I think he deserves to be a favorite here. Baltimore right now is a better team than Houston and with them playing at home they should be favored, no matter who is pitching. Burres actually has a couple of very good performances this season, going 8 scoreless against the White Sox and 7.2 innings giving up 1 ER @ Yankee Stadium.

He's been shaky at best lately, but not sure I would bet on the Astros on the road with Chacon pitching. Good luck though.

his good performances have been more a result of hard hit balls at people and a lack of patience. That could be the case again today, but he will not get many people out do to his stuff or consistent location.

Might be a case of the Stro's just can't close out games so no lead is safe really, tough game to bet, laid off it.

I wouldnt bet against the Orioles at home, especially not while backing a team like the Astros.
