I gotta go with Carlos Marmol and Scott Linebrink.
Both having monster seasons.
You can make a case for Wheeler also.

pretty sure most in mlb would say carlos marmol. every time the cubs go on the road and they interview the opposing manager, they all say marmol is the best they have seen.

A 3rd vote for Scot Sheilds

Marmol is a total flash in the pan, once teams get the book on him that he throws 90% sliders out of the zone, he has shown to be pretty bad. Walks and guys not swining at shit will doom him bigtime.
