It's just another bullion coin (using the buffalo nickel design). Value will depend on spot gold. It's not much different than a mapleleaf,k-rand or similar item.

It might command a premium being new, but I wouldn't want to pay extra for it, if buying it to hold onto. In that case I'd want it for the same price as other gold.
I suppose you could pay a bit more now, if buying it to re-sell quickly, since you'd probably get it back.
