MLB Best Bet for Tuesday:
Kansas City Royals -145 (De La Rosa/Greinke)
I like the Royals tonight to get the job done. Greinke on the mound gives us an advantage as he has been steady all year long boasting a 3.33 ERA and a 6-4 record for a team who doesn't give much run support. However, the Royals have been playing very good baseball as of late. They have won 8 of their last 10 and are also on a 3 game winning streak. I know they are a bad team but so is Colorado. Speaking of Colorado, they have been absolutely putrid on the road this season going 12-26 and I think those road woes continue tonight. De La Rosa gets the start and a lot of people are jumping on the bandwagon here that he has turned his season around with two good back to back starts but I'm not buying. There's a reason why he was pushed to the bullpen earlier in the year and why he has a 6.52 ERA. In his starts, the Rockies are givingl up 6.4 runs. If Kansas City can keep tearing up lefties like they have done all season, especially in their last ten ball games batting over .300 as a team against left handed pitching, I think they'll get the job done. Take the Royals tonight as your Best Bet. Yes I said Royals and best bet in the same sentence.
Sincerely,
Moss Man
