Didn't like the BB Pearl personally.

I have a Treo and it's pretty nice. Quick internet, not too huge. Windows OS sucks on it IMO though, get the Palm SW if you get it.

I miss the thumbwheel on the bberry pearl, but the little rollerball is slowly growing on me.

I rely on email, so the bberry is my only option.

I carry a Motorola Q for work and a Samsung Blackjack for personal use. I don't like the Windows OS for the internet, I would prefer going back to my Palm Treo with the touchscreen. I think Palm has a new phone out.

my wife has the blackberry curve, little bigger than the pearl, but it has full keyboard instead of the shared buttons. However, I once tried to use the internet on it and it was absolutely horrible for that, so much so I gave up. check out the iphone if you want internet.

Got the blackberry curve and love it. The internet they provide you with isn't the best but if you download a free program to your phone called opera mini you get the full internet and there is nothing better. The buttons on the iphone are much harder to use. Love my blackberry.

I made a joke about texting on the I-Phone the other day and I got corrected and said to me it's not a problem.

For me, iPhone is the only one to get. I use it for internet all the time, and using the BB for internet is not that good at all. BB is the best for email, but for internet in general, the iPhone's screen is 2x the size (huge difference) and the full internet (vs "mobile" web) is a big deal.

You get used to the virtual keypad very quickly.
