Pujols on quality and A-Rod on longevity. I suspect that injuries will shorten Pujols' career and so his total stats won't get there. But even A-Rod can't touch what Pujols has done in his first 7-8 years.

actually when you look at each players first 7 full seasons , their numbers are pretty close. albert hits about 14 points higher , but the hr and rbi numbers are real close.
