email cs@bookmaker.com to be taken off their marketing list. Include your name and phone number. So far the calls have stopped for me

Well much to my dismay they have now called again from 786-522-1058 as well as 786-522-1058. When I answer they hang up. Sent another email to cs@bookmaker.com. I am entering complaints on the federal do not call list each time a call is received.

I would urge anyone who is being called by this number, or any of the 1-786-522-xxxx numbers, to use the national do not call registry. www.donotcall.gov is the site where you register for the list AND where you can file a complaint against the violating caller. I now file a complaint each time I am called. I have gone so far as to file a complaint against the calling number as well as filing one with the customer service line for bookmaker.com 1-866-926-6562, since this is clearly the originating phone number of the company calling. If enough violations are received legal action can be taken by the Federal Trade Commision. Please help and report these violations. Make sure to send an email to cs@bookmaker.com to be "taken off" their calling list as well.

as well as some chumps who call from a blocked number, and when you answer they say "hey...i'm johnny...i used to handle your account at Bet Millenium." I ask him if he's calling me to give the balance that was in my BetMill account when they closed shop. he says no but promises if i deposit with his new employer i won't lose any money.

I find it very disturbing that a book doesn't honor a no call request by the one called, and one must pull strings with a Wilheim to stop it, or change one's phone #.

It's just not right for them to continue to essentially make prank calls, and hang up !

I have resorted to cussing them out, if they are actually on the line, when they call !

I say something like... " I've told you cocksuckers not to call anymore", then do the equivelant of slamming the phone down ( push the off button).

I miss the good old phone you can slam down ! Maybe a whistle would work ?

That explains it, I will need both acct numbers so that they can both be taken off the list. Just the account numbers - thats all.

The way these telemarketing systems work is they call players in intervals of say every three weeks. If you're number has been printed out for a three week list you might get one more call because I can't get the number erased from all the copies that have been printed and distributed but can get it from being picked up for future lists with the help of a supervisor at the book in question.
