A couple of the better current promotions that involve poker in the Tampa area....................

:lolBIG:........no.

Most boats in the area have fewer than 50 people on them for their day cruises during the day(11-4).

A few times when taking the boat out of Treasure Island, there were less than 30 patrons on the entire vessel.

I would think that Promo boat deal would be full of retired people getting the free $$$.

A couple could pull down $140 a day,$980 a week, 50k a year !

I'd expect all of Del Boca Vista to be there everyday.

Doug-tough grind, but true. Here in Florida, there were no real "attackers" of this promotion as far as I could tell. If this were Vegas, you would have tons of sandbaggers like myself on this promo.

Took my first wife there on our honeymoon.
Needless to say, it didn't go over very well.

They've had that dime buy-in off and on through the years Fish. In fact at one time you bought in at the cashiers cage before the tables were even open, that made it easy to find others to help you out. With a little talking at the buffet it wasn't unusual to have 20-25 quarter matchplays in your pocket before the lights came on. I would estimate over 90% of the passengers would not take advantage of the free money.
