Tonight the Pirates are starting AAA prospect Jimmy BarthMaier who this year in the minors has pitched wonderfully. His first nod in the majors was given to him to replace Moholm. He is 2-1 with a 2.84 era and has 29 strikeouts in 31.2 innings so far this season. Kazmir of the Rays who does have some of the best stats of the year has been getting worse. In his last three outings he is 0-2 with a 3.71. Any time a good pitcher comes up and is looking for an opportunity to make it in the big leagues and is a huge underdog at home i think you are getting incredible value. Take the Pirates +160.
