Attended the VERY FIRST game JR ever appeared in wearing a major league uniform, his first spring training game of his career.

Have a pic of him as he touches homeplate to complete his very first HR wearing a major league uniform.

I suspect the only value of this pic would be to JR himself............and thinking of just presenting it to him if I ever meet up with him. Have had duplicates enlarged to 8 x 10 at Walgreens.

Any thoughts?

If you can get him to sign it, probably $100. The picture is unique, but how can you prove it was his first game?

Copying that photo at walgreens could get you a 10k fine from MLB. So it kinda depends on how you look at it as to how much it is worth to MLB it is worth alot to you to sale it is worth about $5

I don't think MLB is going to care, as long as he doesn't sell the reproductions for profit. Additionally, it was a picture he told himself, which would further leave him in the clear.

This isn't the NBA! :103631605

MLB can't fine Fishhead a penny for anything.

Sure they could. It is unlicenced. If he printed up 1000 of them and sold them on a website, the league and the Players Association could step in for their cut if they thought it was worth the bother.

No they can't. They could sue him but, in order to get any money, he would have to be convicted by a jury then ordered to pay damages by either the judge or jury. MLB itself can't just decide he owes X amount of money and then "fine" him.

If anything, try to sell it to a memorabilia site that can sell reprints. That might be your best chance at cash.

Trust me they will sue you if you try to copy and resale it. I can give you a name of a guy in Fl. that can tell you what will happen if he isn't in prison yet.
