I had 2 sleep studies and they gave me a mask, MY wife laughed at me and I throw it across the room after about an hour.

u need it if you have sleep apnea...

if you lose weight u might not need it again

but sleep apnea causes many heart related problems

I think 5TP is asking what to do if your bedmate has excessive gas, but I might be wrong.

Wifey and I have slept in separate rooms because of my snoring the last 10 years. I have tried everything nose tapes, sprays, tablets, pillows and surgery nothing works for me.
Who cares? This way I can type on the forum instead of having sex! :dancefool

I went the sleep study route and have tried three different masks. I just can't deal with the contraint it places on me. If I turn from my back to my side the damn thing breaks the seal and wakes me up.

I'm trying to lose more weight (down 60 lbs. over 2 years so far) to hopefully resolve the obstructive sleep apnea problem.

Snoring....
