well.....consider the fact that you would be betting on a team that was willing to fix yesterday's game......

lee leadoff double 1 run game in top 9, and they dont bunt him over to 3rd to at least tie it?

cubs are a national league team.....they know how to do this......its the sole reason they lost...not why they lost the game...but why they didnt extend the game further

bunt...then lees on 3rd for ramirez w/ 1 out, the most clutch hitter on their team

so why risk being on wrong side of fix again?

Cubs are not getting swept by the Sox. Maybe the Rays but not the Sox.I don't care if you are pitching. They may give up 5 or 6 but they are going to spank Buehrle. Cubs win 11-5.

What are you talking about? daryle ward grounded out to first and lee moved over to third with one out. Then Ramirez grounded out with lee on third and one out.

did you watch the game? Ward got Lee over to third with one out. Clutch boy, Ramirez, fucked up and grounded out to short. That being said, the Cubbies are going to get smoked today.

The Cubs swept the CWS a week ago. I could see the CWS repaying back the Cubs with a sweep today!!

3. Buehrle will try to win southpaw battle in Chicago

As the first-place Chicago teams battle tonight on ESPN Sunday Night Baseball, the focus will be on the two lefty starters. The Cubs' Sean Marshall will make his second -- and likely final -- start in place of the injured Carlos Zambrano, while Mark Buehrle will try to continue his hot pitching streak for the home White Sox. After beginning the season 2-6 in his first 12 outings, Buehrle has turned things around in a big way over his last four starts. The 29-year-old has pitched exactly eight innings in each game, and he is 3-0 with a 1.41 ERA in that span. Buehrle has allowed just five runs in 32 innings, and his 2008 ERA, which was 5.26 through May, is down to a respectable 4.04. Following his 6-1 win over the Dodgers on Tuesday

well i must be a sucker cause i took the Cubbies, i wish i could of got +140 this morning, i got +127 around 10:30.
i still don't think the Sox can hit lefties all that good where as the Cubs can, but i worry about the Cubs pen, it is unpredictable at times.
i think Theriot and Soto will be a clutch factor vs. Buehrle, plus Crede has been having back issues for the Sox.

HAHA. On man, Zeke did you see Ramirez's swinging bunt? They lost because they couldn't get a hit, that's what they needed. You are something else man. Fixed games only happen when there is a spread... DUH. HAHA.
