There's no such thing as a sucker bet. Yesterday it rained cats and dogs at their game, and TB being a dome team, couldn't wait to get out of PNC park in the rain. Today it's sunny and TB has won their last 6 that Sonnastine pitched.
GORZELANNY leads the league in walks (55) and has an ERA of 8.04. in day games.

So is this a sucker bet:think2:

I'm still all over TB....Bullpen doing very good lately. Pitts Bullpen sucks over the last 3 games. Also rebound game for TB.

TB left 13 men on base yesterday and could have easily scored 10 runs if they didn't run themselves off the field. Gorzy's ERA is 8.04 in day games, so 12 runs between these 2 teams wouldn't surprise me today. Also Sonnastine ERA is 8.10 in day games.

I don't get nearly as caught up on line moves as I used to...been burned enough on that and sometimes it's nothing more than money just moving around from books that are just trying to lay off a little action. As of 10:27 you have a -114 @ betjam, -115 @ thegreek, and -121 at betcris. So much for the line moves. Spread is right back where it was this morning.

vegas moved the line down hoping to get more $ on the rays because heavy money was flowing on pit early this morning and overnight. and knowing the public would be on the rays. overall in my opinion the smart money is on pittsburgh thats why it dropped to -104,-104. once the public started to get in on it it started to go back up.


over night sharps always looking for value- lowered lines
early morning sharps/squares- lowered lines.
late morning (average joe smoe bettor)- line went back up but not nearly too the -135 it opened at.

1 of the bigger line moves in awhile......Line stands at -111 at my book,down from -135 with 67% of the public on the Rays.

I feel confident with the Pirates on this line move....we will see.

i agree greenbacks i only play home teams, and at one point the line went from
tampa -135 (opener) to tampa -104
31 cents is a huge move especially with the public all over tampa.

and like greenie said it is one of the biggest ones in awhile. last one i remember that big was atlanta against arizona with webb on the mound after his first loss. atlanta at home and won. same scenario with public betting too they were all over arizona.
