Hd-tv Question

Had mine for a little over a year and ive recently noticed my screen bounces up and down ever so slightly, anyone ever had a problem like this?

olevia 28-32 inch is all i know off the top of my head ill be back home tomorrow and check model

I heard that there are video shops that will come out and fine tune your HD TV. I don't know the cost, but I know people that have had this done...even with brand new TV's...and they rave about the difference.
