Does a foreign corporation that owns US real property have to file a tax return even if there is no income?

(I assume yes but I dont normally work on foreign corps)

CCH....but navigating through that crap on a subject you aren't too familiar with is too much work

(the extent of my everyday research won't go much beyond the master tax guide)
