Doug Davis just walks Mike Cameron, instead of taking him out, Melvin allows him to walk J Kendall on 4 pitches.

Mets/Cards Game Miles on 2nd base, King Kong coming to the plate, instead of Manuel walking him and facing Rick Ankiel, he pitches to him and base hit by King Kong

How and why are these stupid guys still coaching.

It isn't black and white. If you walk Pujols and face Ankiel, it's a righty-lefty matchup, and Ankiel could go easily go yard for a 3-run bomb. Then what?

Grady Little lost his job over one decision that was a coin flip. It's not exactly clear-cut most of the time.
