i put in two wagers last night before i went to bed on the fla/sd game (fla and fla over). i usually do this for games the next day and try to buy back or buy off before the game the next day after i have formed more of an opinion. the offers i made were pretty reasonable so they could have been matched but the problem is i have no way of knowing. i tried calling matchbook and they said that they could not tell me if the bets were matched because of the server being down. i then asked them if i could void the bets because i didnt like the situation that i was in not knowing if they had been matched or not and i didnt have a real strong opinion on the game and they said they couldnt do this either.
my question is is this fair to me? it puts me in a real shitty spot for a game that i might have bought off of anyway. other than this issue i am happy with matchbook and i think they do a good job. now florida is winning 1-0 in the 4th but i dont even know if my bet was matched. judging by the lines today i think there is a good chance that they were but its close.
