5dimes is the top book IMO, but there are other great ones. thegreek, pinnacle, wsex for example.

Honestly though if people decide to trust their money with proven thieves that have D ratings it's their own fault. Play with A books or don't play at all.

where is there a listing of these ratings, with as long as it takes to get money from bodog im assuming they cannot be an A, what are the best books
