So if everyone is listed (i.e at bookmaker) how do you win the field bet??

It's probably a mistaken listing. There cannot be a field bet if odds are listed for all the competitors in an event.

Correct R.a. If Its Missing 1or Two Then That Would Be The Field But If Everybody Is Listed It Is And Error

Its there in the event that someone gets hurt or pulls out at the last minute and gets replaced.

Otherwise, all bets would be cancelled... all players must go at most books for the bet to payout. By adding a "Field" area, they're covering their asses so they dont have to refund everyone's bet if the lineup changes before 8pm.
