I called this morning to get a payout to my atm card and was told, "Payouts are unavailable to atm cards due to a system upgrade." And no ETA on when this will be resolved, however she did offer to fed ex me a check...for 35 dollars! I pay 50 bucks for the atm card, and still pay 10 dollars each withdrawl, and now they system is unavailable and 'we dont know when/if it will become available'...and instead of charging me 10 dollars to fed ex me a check they wanna charge 35...bunch of crap....i asked that since i paid 50 bucks for the stupid card am i gonna get reimbersed my 50 bucks for that....'no sir.' was the answer....

I'm not surprised by this...I no longer use them as a book...as they have been very troublesome when it comes to withdrawls..

ive never had a problem getting withdrawls from them...but the atm thing, after shelling out 50 bucks for the card, is a pisser.

Can you use the Echecks feature there? On PokerStars they used to just electronically transfer funds to my account using echecks but the service has been suspended there.

Wondering if this option is still available at theGreek and if so i think it would be better then the atm card option as it says there are no fee. ever try it Geoff?

they told me the only two options i have is either moneygram...which is outrageous...or fed ex a check which is still 35 bucks...the atm was 10 bucks, plus like 3.00 dollars for the atm fee and i got my cash the same day....so now i have to pay an extra 27 bucks to get a check in what, maybe 2-3 business days? i emailed them again this morning and the same thing....it is down due to a sytem upgrade...what 'upgrade' oh yeah, our bank account upgrade...

The Fed Ex check comes in 24 hrs ...trust me...so it is well worth it unless ur withdrawaling 300 bucks or something.

Moneygram should be 15$ as per what I have seen them charge before..so that is a good bet.

Echeck is prolly ur best bet...u will be able to withdrawal directly to ur bank account and it should arrive in 48 hrs or so.

THE BIG MISTAKE UR HAVING: is with he card.

Betjm is going through same thing... U chose a bad time to try and withdrawal because they are both switching processor systems during the off week of betting and the slowdown of withdrawals traditionally over their history. . The few people that have requested withdrawals will jus be put off for as little time as possible and debit card processing should be back up in minimal time. A friend of mine just spoke with Scotty about the situation thats how I know the story and debit cards are now fully running at Betjm (and they werent last 2 days) so that tells me Greek will be up as planned by end of week.

appreciate the info...but the greek was gonna charge me normal moneygram fees, whic were quoted to me as 34 dollars for a 200 dollar withdrawl...so no, it wasnt 15 bucks...im glad to hear that the atm cards should be back up and running by weeks end...i actually just opened an account with betjam and will probably start using them instead of the greek, better baseball lines and like the 5 cent juice night friday nights for football...as well as one free withdrawl a month through fed ex...and thier atm card charges 12.50...instead of 10, but the better lines will more than make up for it...thanks again for the info...the funny thing is, since i didnt pull my money out, ive been rolling it on tennis and turning some nice dough inthe process...lol

opened an account at betjam and at matchbook....free transfers between matchbook and betjam, and bet jam will also honor and use the same atm card that was issued by the greek for withdrawls....pretty cool...

im not sure about 5 dimes, but there's no fee on betjam's side of the equation...you would need to contact 5d and ask them about thier side...but im thinking it's free. I did confirm betjam does have a 1x rollover requirement when bringing in money from another book...which makes sense, they arent a bank....but they sure do have some nice baseball lines...and little juice...and i really like thier friday night promo's of 5 cent juice for football...that rox...
