HELP--How many times has a RESERVE won ALLSTAR MVP(excluding pitchers)?

I believe only five pitchers have won the award.

Marachial, Sutton, Clemens, Hoyt, and Pedro.

Again, how many position player reserves have won MVP?

If one can find the field at +750 that includes all the pitchers and all but a few reserves, think one has a nice overlay at that price on who will be MVP of the game.

Pitchers alone have won the award 5 out of the last 45 games(+900) if not mistaken.

Pedro (99) is the only pitcher to win since 86, Clemens won in 86, Lamar Hoyt in 85, in the past 24 games, 9 non-starters/pitchers have won, or 37.5% of the time. Happened a bunch in the 90s but not much lately.
