This is what's wrong with sports nowadays

It is 8:45 & the first pitch has yet to be thrown. This is exactly what is wrong with sports nowadays. It is clear that greed overrules common sense. The game is being played on the east coast, & at this rate won't go off until near or past midnight. There is no legitimate reason why this game could not start at 7:00pm. So sick of this bullshit....

So glad I will have more fun & make more coin watching the WNBA on ESPN2.

It should start at 8 to accommodate all time zones. If you want to go to sleep before the finish that is your choice, but people that are interested will stay up.

The intro shit was way too long, but I have no problem with what time the game is starting at.

Screw accommodating all time zones. Most of the viewers will be on the east coast so those viewers should be catered to first. If the game was on the west coast, I would say the same for them.

If west coast teams can play teams on the east with 7:05 - 7:15 start times, a glorified exhibition game should be no exception.

It is bullshit that it took almost an hour for the 1st pitch.

Not as bad as Monday Night Football starting at like 9:30 and takes 4 hours.

The thing I like most about basketball is you can figure a 9pm game will be over by 12 95% of the time.
