White Sox to Win Central -175 4u/2.2u at Bodog

To say the sox only have a 63% chance to win this division is way off. The twins have over achieved and have more road games the 2nd half. The sox have more home games and have 3 series against the royals. Gonna be tough for the Tigers to make up the ground. Would say this line should be around -315.

Also, the huge run differential btwn the sox and twins is a better indication of the quality of these teams than the actual record imo and should show in the 2nd half.

Sox have overachived as well, but i dont know if Detroit can make up all that ground, pitching is just not good enough.

I would take the field vs that number easily. You say the Twins have overachieved, but so have the Sox. They aren't really a good team. There's a reason they have a sub .500 record vs the AL East and the AL West. They are just lucky they play in the worst or second worst division in baseball. It should be a fight all year between the Sox and Twins, but my money would be on the Twins to take it because they have some very good young pitchers, and a much more reliable closer.

well i guess it is good that over half of their games the 2nd half are in their division.
i do here what you are saying, but you cant deny their +++run margain compared with the rest of the division.

no turing back for me, but thanks for the input, wouldnt want anyone following me without as much info as possible.

5D just released mlb 2nd half props and you can get sox at -150.
