actually my wifes cell phone. She lost it in another city last night. Some black guy has it and is calling all over the US. I can get on T Mobile.com and see who he is calling. I ve called everyone he is calling. One number is the Tennessee Child Support Debit Card services (WTF?). The only person ive talked to is some girl who said "F you"

How could I go about getting it back? He wont answer the phone if you call it.

At the very least call the cellphone company and have it turned off before you get a 4 figure bill.

You can also have a cell phone traced to a location if you call the authorities.

try texting the guy and just telling him that he can keep the phone if he sends the SIM card back. if he responds and agrees, have him drop it in the mail to your office. Chop's right though, turn that mofo off asap (after the text attempt if you try it).

He said he wants the phone more than the sim card.
The sim card is nothing.
You can have your phone company turn his off and assign a new one to you with the same number and everything with just one trip to the store for no charge.

His wife has pictures in the hd of the phone that he wants. The only way to get that back is to get the phone back.

But you really can trace a cellphone if the authorities are willing to do that for you.

You might have a hard time getting them to use the resorces to do that though. They normally only do things like that for high crime situations.

yeah but turning it off wont really help me get it back. It doesnt cost anything to call long distant and he cant call internationally.

This was my wifes free trip with her friends to see a show "free ticket, free hotel, free ride, etc."

now its gonna cost me 300 bucks:hitting:

actually its the sim card she wants, that has all the contacts pics stc

Call every # he calls..Be courteous..tell them you lost the phone and you have an emotional attachment to the pics and contacts and if they pls ever come in contact with that person to give him the message. Give the person a place the phone or sim card can be delivered other than your house..Example..work..place next to your job..public library..etc..

If he has an ounce of heart (he may not, these MFs are ruthless).you will at least get the sim card back..This guy knows the phone is gonna quit working anytime you report it..And he knows you are monitoring his calls..And he knows you know..who he knows..So he may give it or part of it back..GL..Let us know if anything good happens..-D

PS..Maybe you were a litl rude to the person who said fuck you?..I dont know..fake it..fake it and be nice and do not say he stole it..say you lost it
