I may have found a local who will let me parlay run lines and totals in baseball. I have to think this is profitable, but I don't know exactly what games to do it with. I am thinking of parlaying the +1.5 and the under in every game with a total of 7.5 or lower. What does everyone think? Is 7.5 a good cutoff point? Anybody have any experience with this?

Is it profitable? Seems like there has to be a reason almost no books will take that action.

I would certainly parlay dogs +1.5 and under at San Diego and LA, San Fran where they play a lot of low scoring games.

especially if Peavy is pitching in SD. He wins a lot of 3-2 type games there.

throw in some plays where total is 9 or 10 just so your local doesnt get wise

at -110 juice both sides you will lose at a very slow rate overall playing those. not quite a positive expectation corelated parlay but close. if you find one line off or slow to move then do it...

Johnny bump this thread when sportsbook.com rips all of the winnings back out of your account (if you win) in a couple of months.

if you lose they won't do anything.

win win for them.

Damn. Why won't most books take this action then?

i think as they are slightly co related they take down the vig and they prefer y9ou play stuff that is way in their favor like 13-5 2 team parlays and 30 cent props or very tight lines wher ethey know they will get lots of equal action. if everyone just played near even wagers the books would go out of business due to no advantage... they have employees to pay and overhead and stuff... plus there might be a few situations were it is a slight positive for the player and that is no good to them either....

I dont think it would be hard to find some good spots. Id have taken SD and under tonight. San Fran and under tomorrow is painfully obvious.

It's not blindly profitable in NHL, with even lower totals. I would like the option, though. I'd never do it at Sportsbook.
