I had a great first half of the season, Ive only been here a week so I guess I have little credibility, but ive been posting my picks all season all over the internet...counting my loss in the all star game 283-232 +36.89 54.95%. Hopefully this keeps going. Ask for a write up if you need %^_

Why St Louis?

While first of Lohse has been having a great year. 5-1 at home with a 2.75 ERA. While the Padres struggle at scoring, especially on the road. 14-28 on the road? Wow, not so great. I know the matchup looks deceiving but IMO the biggest problem with baseball gamblers is sometime people just look at the names at the stats. You think of the name Peavy and you think of the name Lohse and you are taking Peavy in a heartbeat, but when you really look at it, Lohse is having a much better year then Peavy.
Peavy is just 3-2 on the road a 4.41 ERA.
