going to vegas in sept....my hotel choices are as follows....
5 days/4 nights (thurs-mon)
Rio - Free
Paris - Free
Flamingo - Free
Ballys - Free
Harrahs - Free
Golden nugget - $430 for entire stay
Caesars Palace - $570 for entire stay
where would you stay?
Factors to consider:
1) I will have a car
2) going for girlfriend's sister wedding
3) girlfriend hates gambling, loves shopping
4) 75% of her family staying in downtown (freemont and GN)
5) Most of the people not in downtown staying at MGM
6) convinced a few of my buddies to go down.....one staying at NYNY...another with parents right off flamingo rd.

I think Rio is my favorite hotel (out of the places I've been), I like the atmosphere.
Just booked at Paris only cause I never been there before and it is close to shopping for the lady.
GN would've been my choice if it was free. I could spend $500 on other things in vegas!
Evil empire is right....but if you get in good with the badguys, they give out some nice comps!
