They taste nasty!!! Seemed to do the trick.

I think one key question is would you let your kids drink these? I dont have any kids but after drinking them I dont think a kid should be drinking them. I am not sure either way, kind of curious as to what others think about this.

i see kids drinking them all the time and dont really think they should be. i do drink them, usually 2 a day. a rockstar juiced in the a.m. and usually a monster mixxd in the late afternoon.

couple things i noticed about them, they are very addicting. i will tell myself dont stop to the gas station to grab one and end up doing it anyway. the other thing i notice (about monster anyay) is the warning on the can:

"consume responsibly: limit 3 cans per day, not recommended for children, pregnant women or peoplle sensitive to caffeine"

honestly they dont effect me, however i definetely think theres something in them other than caffeine that is addicting.

I went through a little phase where I was hooked on these for a few weeks.

After a while, I just couldn't feel that 'pep' anymore from them.

Ended up switching back to my DD Iced Coffee.

My buddy is in wholesale C-Store sales and told me the 5 hour drink is selling as fast as they put them out. Still can't believe that it is good for your body.

Those little bottles of 5 hour energy are way overpriced..The cheapest I've seen them are $2.99 a bottle..That's just ridiculous.

Gosooners, I drank 3-4 Red Bulls/day. I tried a 5-Hour Energy and haven't had a Red Bull since. Doesn't give you the jitters or the crash that the enegry drinks give.

Dobie, its funny, I guess thats the whole idea but the second I saw that, I thought of a cigarette.....I imagine thats what marketing is somehow attempting..

It's true they work well...I drank one and had my garage cleaned out in an hour in what would have normally been a 2 day job for me...But I didn't quite get the full 5 hour affect out of it..More like 3 or 4.
