i really hate to do this but to me it seems the norm to blow a short lead late in ball games for every club.
Sox have left a good amount of guys on and that always will come back to bite you in the ass.

I want this win but i;m so use to shit hitting the fan this season.

Unfortunately, it has become a major problem for the Sox lately. The last two games they lost with leads in the 8th because Francona left Beckett and Wakefield in too long, respectively. Lester is continuing his great season tonight, but we better hope we don't see Hansen, Delcarmen, or Timlin or it is trouble.
