they have been reduced to bringing in internet punks ..

the one kid starts popping off 2 minutes into it about he would sell his car , his condo and borrow everything he can to play phil helmuth heads up for 100 grand...

johnny chan starts laughing..

here's the diff little boy , phil helmuth can find 100 grand in his couch cushions .

then these know it alls start talking odds and hands as brunson, chan and seed just sit there wondering when they will shut the fuck up..

Those internet punks have more money from poker then most people on this board will ever see from sports betting. It's not even close.

I find it odd that some kid would be on there that wouldn't have 100k laying around to play hellmuth... what did they have some freeroll to get a seat?

In no way has it " jumped the shark".....as a matter of fact this season will be one of the best PAD.... Last week was a cash game with some very good players...with hellmuth being the weakest link IMO...but best for tv when he is " steaming"...

And from what I have heard and seen , its well known in the high stakes arena that hellmuth is the biggest fish around as far as cash games are concerned. I have NO doubt that hellmuth would be considered an underdog to most of these young interent kids with the bankroll in a HU cashgame..None whats so ever.....

As everyone is probally aware tournements and ring games are different animals.....Hellmuths tournement record speaks for it self , but his cash game ,IMO., is down right laughable and IF i had the bank , I'd play him HU as well.....

About time they brought in more internet guys! Sick of seeing those same, old boring live players.

ya he (durrr) is insane along with townsend...hellmuth plays for peanuts online compared to what those guys play for...its really comical when you read the blogs from some of these guys...hellmuth thinks he is a god when in reality he is a fish in a high high stakes cash game...he needs to stick to multi's and keep his mouth shut....

MAtt24,

What do you think of this "vifer" kid. David Peat. When he was 15 he use to stand in line for me to buy tickets. DO you like his game?

he wasnt the one talking about playing helmuth . andrew robi was .

what a fucking goof ball this kid is...

he also has plenty of money as well, he doesn't need to scrape to pull together 100k, I'm sure he was talking about in the past or something he would have went bust attempting to play hellmuth. I busted him out of the $5k shootout, he played very well and was pretty nice as well.

well good for you.... the little shit came across as mouthy if you asked me . nothing like hearing some kid that nobody has ever heard of, outside of interent degenerates, popping off about taking down someone famous .

real classy... but then again what should one expect in this day and age.

love this poker boom . the world gets to know a new collection of dicks looking for their 15 minutes.
