No, an O's ML wager won't lose, as Toronto got their leading run in the top of the inning where the game was halted.

In other words, Baltimore has to be given the equal chance to bat before they lose.

is there a time cutoff which they wont play ? like it is 1030 there now and if it is still raining hard i wouldnt see a restart before 11. anyone know if MLB has a rule in that regard

I *think* there is a rule somewhere... not sure if it is the city of Baltimore or an American League rule... but something about not allowing an "inning to start after 1am Eastern". But I'm an Oriole fan from mostly the late 80's and 90's so I may be thinking old rules.
