Watching the Cubs on WGN right now, and they are talking about tomorrow being the 25th anniversary of the Royals Yankees George Brett "Pinetar Game".

I can't believe that it's been 25 years. Man do I feel old.

that particular event takes me back man. i was 14, vacationing with my family down at the south jersey shore (sea isle city). we had the game on tv as that whole thing unfolded. i had just played in an all star game for baseball prior to the vacation. god damn that seems like a different world or lifetime ago.
