A polite note with a (cut & pasted copy of the rule) will do the trick. If you are nasty to them, the money is gone.

just send them a note to refund your money stating the rule and they will take care of it-a lot of these books are graded automatically. I wouldnt withdraw your money unless they refuse to ignore your request

They finally fixed it...Everyone keeps saying be polite but I absolutely lost it after the guy asked me if I ever bet baseball and I was wrong. I tore him a new one and told him that he is wrong and if he knew anything about betting let alone running a book that because Toronto did not bat the 6th inning and it was tied after 5 this is NO ACTION...I am extremely happy with the "oh sorry I was wrong, I apologize sir"

its not an offshore...its a site set up through a local...the site is overseas but my local was saying whatever the site says is what you are up/down---thank god they fixed it...I was soooooo steamed
