No wonder the Giants suck because the manager is a fucking joke. Pinch hits for Lincecum, I guess to try and get something going, with 2 outs, and turns it over to the fucking worst bullpen in the NL. What an absolute fucking joke.

The National League pinch hitting for the pitcher is simple bullsh!t.

Today they pinch hit for Lincecum. Dusty Baker of the Cubs pinch hit for Dempster yesterday and he had a 2 hitter going (bullpen blows the lead and loses). F'cking crap. The NL is the ONLY LEAGUE IN THE WORLD where the pitcher bats.

Pitch count is completely overrated. Listen to any former quality pitcher and he says that he would throw 135 pitches every 4th day. Lincecum had 13 K's, and IMO, is better at 111 pitches that the SF bullpen.

Haha. Who cares. Pitch count is bullshit too. These pitchers work out, train, and are built to go late into games...especially this deep in the season. The manager just fucked me out of money by being a complete idiot and making a terrible decision.

i dont AGREE with pitch count but no pitcher is gonna get to hit when he has 111 pitches already in the NL unless he is throwing a no hitter. 7 complete innings and 111 pitches is a long outing these days. webb was done and so was lincecum

You wouldnt be conplaining if u were on the other side of this one... Pitches 30yrs ago pitched so many innings because they were used too it. A pitcher in the modern age isnt used to pitching a 130 pitches and therefore could get hurt... You win some and you lose some you cant win them all

He just took out an all-star that has more wins than the rest of the staff combined and they gave up 3 runs in one inning after getting only 7 hits and 2 runs the previous 7. He had 13 K's and struck out 2 in the 7th. It was an absolute fucking joke. I guess they'll have to look into baseball now for scandals and put the Giants skipper right next to Tim Donaghey.

Yeah your right cuz linceum isnt one of the best young pitchers in the game.. Maybe he doesn't want to burn him out mark prior, kerry wood , ect.

Haha. Kerry Wood was burnt out before he ever came in the league. He has been hurt 9 out of 10 years in the league. Doubt that came from a couple extra innings and 15 pitches over the "pitch count".

Baseball has it's good days and bad days some bettors do better on everyone's bad days. Other's do better om everyone' good days. People tend to over react to each day regardless of winning or losing. I think that has more to do with poor money management than ability to handicap. Pretty good capper yourself Artie and alot of good one's on this forum. Just a 2 week run or so away from turning the season around which is more than you could say a month ago.
